DESCRIPTION:Three Martini Lunch from the Five Cities area is a Classic Jazz Trio that performs music that is Hip, Cool, and Swinging! Performing music of the Great American Songbook. Standards by Frank, Dean. Tony, Sammy, and newer artists like Michael Buble’, Diana Krall, and Tony Desare’. Also movie and pop standards of the Rat Pack Era. So, whether you want a great Love Song, Something Swinging, or a Hot Latin Number call on the Masters of the Lounge Sound, Three Martini Lunch.\nThe Amigos Swing and Jazz Band are from the Central Coast. In the beginning, there were Three Amigos; Jeff, Frank, and Ray. They played at the monthly Retired Active Men’s (RAM) meetings. Later Sandy joined; then Del and finally Ken. They became the Amigos Swing and Jazz Band. Two of the original members are no longer with us. The current members are David Venturini, lead guitar and vocals, and Jeff Cardinal, bass guitar, vocals, and sound. Rhonda Cardinal, vocals and sax, Jon Mounts, piano and Ken Heiges, vocals and drums. The music is sweet and exciting, following the mix of sounds from the standards; Swing and Jazz of the 30s’, 40s’ and 50s’. You will find the music danceable and it will take you back to the good old days. They play for birthdays, weddings, and events of all kinds. So come by and enjoy the fun. The dance floor is calling your name.\nJam Session 11 AM – 12:15\nThe Amigos Swing and Jazz Band 12:30 – 1:30\nThree Martini Lunch 1:45 – 4 PM with a 15-minute break.\nThe Basin Street Regulars have been promoting monthly dance/concerts as well as the Jubilee by the Sea for decades.
