The ease of Chef Charlie’s teaching style is permeated with tales of his culinary travels and tricks he has learned in kitchens throughout the world.\nBegin the evening in the kitchen, learning techniques and discovering new skill sets to take home for your own culinary adventures. Our SUMMER EDITION will highlight the sizzle and sear that we all associate with the rising temps.
