Heart Medicine | Discussion and Meditation
Fundraiser for Woods Humane Society
Gather with us to connect with our hearts, the source of vitality, vision, creativity and purpose. Together, we will practice deepening our understanding of our intuitive, authentic selves. Our self-work will carry over to support animals in need.
A community gathering, we’ll practice meditation techniques and discuss how to tap in to the heart for insight, wisdom and peace. Amanda Britton, a professor of Vedic Philosophy, yoga teacher, multi-disciplinary therapist, and sacred sites journeyer will lead the discussion and guide us in meditation. Greg Ellis, a poet, artist and local community leader, will co-lead the gathering with insights from Buddhist philosophy and practices.
Please join us at Crows End Retreat center. There is free parking. Gates open automatically. Drive all the way to the back parking lot. The Barn meditation room is adjacent to the parking lot. Look for sign on building that says Crows End Retreat.
