MINDFUL GUIDED HIKE: Ground yourself in all 5 senses as you consciously move through the stunning Sycamore Crest Trail. Your instructor will lead you to focus on your breath as you take in the beauty and wonders of your natural surroundings. 10:30am – 12:00pm • Free 

RELAXATION DAY SHOWCASE: Learn and explore the best in wellness, beauty, health and skin care! Test the latest products and treatments. Meet experts from your favorite products like Eminence Organics Skin Care. In addition, attendees will enjoy complimentary:

RESTORATIVE YOGA SOUND BATH: This chakra cleansing class and sound bath is an immersive, full-body experience. The unique combination of sound healing and yoga class brings balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being. 3:00pm – 4:00pm • $10 ($10 savings) • Reserve
