The Menu
Asian Bistro describes their menu as “an exciting blend of Japanese and Korean cuisine”, and it is absolutely true.
Using only the freshest ingredients, Master Chef Steve Park brings over 40 years of experience to every table where he serves his unique style of sushi, sashimi, maki, and Korean cuisine.
The menu itself is organized into three sections: Appetizers, Japanese Specialty, and Korean Specialty.
The Japanese Specialties include everything from sushi and sashimi to poke bowls and teriyaki, while the Koren Specialties feature favorites like bulgogi and bibimbap.
The appetizers are a nice mix of dishes ranging from tataki to spicy seafood soup and goyza.
There is also a “buy one get one free” daily special available on the house special rolls, which are delicious and a great deal for the quality of food and portion size.
Most Popular Dishes
The entire menu at Asian Bistro is delicious, but the various rolls have to be the most popular items on the menu.
Not only is there a wide selection to choose from, the rolls are consistently on a daily special where patrons can “buy one get one free”.
When we went for lunch we ordered rolls, and got the Hot Night and Fire on Fire. The portions were perfect for us, and we walked away spending under $20 on high quality sushi for lunch for two.
Drink Menu
Asian Bistro has a wide selection of Japanese beers and sakes to perfectly compliment your dish at the restaurant.
Japanese beer options include Sapporo Draft, Ichiban, and Kirin for $4 a glass, or you can make it a sake bomb for $5!
Sake options range from G-Joy or Black and Gold sake bottles for $35, or a glass of Takara Plum Wine for $5.
Asian Bistro also offers water, soda, and tea in addition to the sake and beer options.
