FINCA

FINCA Mexican Restaurant is the new venture for Patrick Aguirre, who has worked with food industry giants like Thomas Kellar, French Laundry, and Suzanne Goin. Aguirre, his son, Diego, and their wives will be opening FINCA as part of the Paso Market Walk, and are excited to become a giving member of the Paso Robles community.

Joebella is the source for organic specialty roasted coffee on the Central Coast, and will be serving their perfectly crafted coffee, espresso, tea, and beans to Paso’s Market Walk.

Just Baked is a boutique bakery that specializes in wedding and celebratory cakes, and dessert buffets!

LEO LEO GELATO

Leo Leo Gelato serves artisan gelato and sorbetto that are handcrafted in small batches using only the best ingredients, and honor their northern Italian tradition.

MOMOTARO RAMEN

Momotaro Ramen was inspired by Chefs Mateo Rogers & Brittany Yracheta’s travels through Japan, who hope to source local ingredients in their effort to serve the perfect bowl of ramen.
